2.3.2026 To approve as a true record the minutes of the meeting held 14th May 2026

3.3.2026 Declarations of interest in items on the agenda.

4.3 2026 Suspension of Standing Orders for members of the public to speak.

7.2.2026Planning Applications:

Ref: LBC/2026/0023 Applicant: Mr & Mrs Stead Proposal: Listed building consent to rebuild storm damaged wall. Location Limetree House Dovenby, CA13 0PN.
Circulated and objected to as the plans indicated a change of design to include an entrance which was not part of the original wall. Subsequently amended drawings were submitted and these were circulated

•Ref: FUL/2025/0040 Applicant: MSport Proposal: siting of 15 luxury lodges for short stay overnight accommodation for conference corporate events and hospitality events at Dovenby Hall Estate. (Change of use of land to provide overnight accommodation. Location: M-Sport, Dovenby Hall, CA13 0PN. Circulated. Please note there is to be a Planning Committee Site Inspection on Monday 13th July 2026 at 10.30am

11.3.2026 Receive any updates re Tallentire Wind Fund, next meeting August 2026.
