Some potholes are so deep as to be a hazard, particularly for cyclists and motor cyclists.

It is essential to notify the Cumberland Highways Department as to the location and seriousness of such road damage.

There is a web application which the council prefer to be used. Photographs are preferred, along with exact location of damage.

The Cumberland Council web application allows a report to include an exact location plotted on an online map.
