Wednesday 13th June in Bridekirk Church at 7.30pm for the purpose of transacting the following
business.

2.5.2024 To approve as a true record the minutes of the Council meeting held 1st May 2024

3.5.2024 Declarations of interest in items on the agenda.

4.5.2024 Suspension of Standing Orders for members of the public to speak.

• Reissue of HMRC £110 – at their request, previous cheque cancelled

9.5.2024 To receive any reports on flooding issues across the Parish.

10.5.2024 To receive update on any Parish Maintenance inc:

• Review of proposed schedule provided by Mr Buckley – carried forward from last meeting
• Street Lighting in Dovenby – carried forward from last meeting

11.5.2024 Discuss the proposal to move day of the PC meeting to Thursday and possible reduction
in number of meeting annually.
